Studio30 is a one person creative project based in Christchurch, New Zealand. I create short, made-for-you videos (5, 15, or 30 seconds) that help small businesses get their message across—fast and effectively.
These are custom digital products, made just for you, so please take a moment to read the details below before we begin.
✅ What’s Included
- One custom video (5, 15, or 30 seconds — your choice)
- Up to two rounds of light edits (e.g. small text swaps, image tweaks, timing changes)
- Delivered as an MP4 file, ready for social or web
🚫 What’s Not Included (Unless Quoted Separately)
To keep things clear and affordable, here’s what’s not part of the standard package:
- Unlimited edits or lengthy back-and-forth
- Major design changes after a draft has been approved
- Raw project/source files (unless agreed before starting)
- Onsite photography or video shoots
- Highly custom design work — but I’m happy to quote if needed
- Uploading or sharing of your video to your Website/YouTube/Facebook
- Ongoing design support after delivery
📝 Before We Start
To create something that works for you, here’s what I’ll need from you:
- A simple brief (I can help shape this with you)
- Style or tone direction, or you can leave it up to me
- High-quality images and logo files (preferably PNG or SVG format)
- Any short video snippets you’d like included
Note: Supplied images must be sharp, clear, and good enough to look professional in a short video. If the quality isn’t right, I may ask you to replace them.
🧭 Call-to-Actions (CTAs)
If your website address is long or hard to read on screen, I’ll recommend a cleaner CTA like:
- “Visit Us Online”
- “Call Now”
- “Email to Learn More”
This keeps your video punchy and easy to follow.
🔁 Revisions & Changes
Every video comes with up to 2 rounds of light revisions to keep the process smooth.
Need more changes? No worries — I’ll quote these for you before doing any extra work.
💸 Refunds & Guarantees
Because these videos are fully custom:
- No refunds once a video has been delivered
- I’ll offer a refund only if I don’t deliver what we agreed on
- You’re protected by New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, and so am I
🤝 Collaboration, Not Complication
I don’t offer in-person services or filming, but I’ll do everything I can to bring your content to life using what you provide.
