One custom video at your chosen length, 5, 15, 30, or 60 seconds, built around your brief and brand.

Up to 2 Rounds of Revisions
Light edits such as text tweaks, image swaps, or timing changes. Need more? We’ll quote before doing any extra work. No surprises.
📥
MP4 File Delivery
Your finished video is delivered as a high-quality MP4 file, ready to upload anywhere. Social media, your website, YouTube, digital signage, and more.

PNG or SVG format works best. If you don’t have these in the right format, just let us know and we’ll work with what you have.

Sharp, clear images make a big difference to the final result. If quality is an issue, we’ll flag it. We can also source professional stock imagery if needed.

📌 A Few Things to Be Aware Of
To keep things transparent and affordable, here is what sits outside the standard package.
🚫 Not Included as Standard
• Unlimited revisions or extended back-and-forth
• Major redesigns after a draft has been approved
• Raw project or source files (unless agreed upfront)
• Onsite filming or photography
• Uploading your video to YouTube, Facebook, or your website
• Ongoing support after final delivery
Need something outside this scope? Just ask. We are happy to quote for extras.
🧭 Call-to-Actions in Your Video
If your web address is long or tricky to read on screen, we will recommend a cleaner CTA like “Visit Us Online”, “Call Now”, or “Email to Learn More”. This keeps your video punchy and easy for viewers to act on.
💸 Refunds & Guarantees
Because every video is custom-made, refunds are not offered once a video has been delivered. If we do not deliver what was agreed, we will make it right. You are also protected under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act.

Studio30 is a remote-only service. No in-person meetings, no on-site filming. But we will do everything we can to bring your content to life using what you provide, or by sourcing what is needed.
